Activity 2.2
In this activity, the top three values are self-improvement, creativity and leadership.
I think the leadership is the most important values among these three. We are individual, special and different. However, we had people who possess leadership recognize, collate and gather our individual piece to develop our universal.
Self-improvement is also important. If we always satisfy which we have, human cannot develop. Keep learning and be creative. Our mind is wild open and endless.

I agree with you on importance of self-improvement and that it is a tool of development. I also believe it is a natural process. We constantly receive information, that is new to us, in different quantities and qualities. Our choice is either we accept it or not, how fast and how much. So the self-improvement process can be slow and not noticeable, but it is still take place.
ReplyDeleteI am glad to see creativity in your list of values. Unfortunately many people suppress creativity in them, not finding it to be important. Even thought it does help our development.
To me, leadership one of the most important values, not the most. I think leadership can sometimes get on the way of creating good social environment.
I agree, A leader who has similar goals and ambitions should be able to recognize talents and skills within individuals and lead them, help them to progress for whatever cause and develop a significant "whole" or team to execute whatever is necessary.
